KIITEE is a national level entrance exam conducted annually to fill in the vacant seats in under graduate and post graduate courses of KIIT. The university offers diverse courses for the students and they appear for the exam with a serious intention to crack it. There are around 16 UG and 21 PG courses offered by the university. Many students take part in the exam to secure a seat in their desired programme. This year as well the authority has come up with the notification seeking applications from the aspirants of KIITEE. It has also disclosed the KIITEE Eligibility 2020 to shortlist the candidates for the exam.
KIITEE 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Applicants of KIITEE 2020 should be aware acquainted with the eligibility criteria as it the basic thing that the candidates need to know in order to apply for the exam. The eligibility criteria will give the contenders an idea about whether they can apply for the entrance exam or not. Candidates need to satisfy the educational qualification along with age criteria along with other criteria in order to be eligible for the KIITEE. Only the eligible candidates can sit for the exam. So candidates are advised to check the KIITEE Eligibility Criteria before applying. Candidates should only submit their application forms only if they have satisfied the criteria. The ineligible candidates who have not satisfied the criteria set by the exam body should not apply. Even though they submit the application forms somehow, the authority will cancel the forms without letting the candidates to the exam.
The Eligibility For KIITEE is something that is designed by the Kalinga University itself. The authorities of the university are responsible to set the criteria as per the standards of the university. Students willing to study in the university should be content with the criteria in order to attempt the entrance exam in first place. The application forms are available in online mode. The exam will also be conducted in online mode only. Candidates need to check the eligibility criteria depending on the course they are willing to pursue as the criteria changes from course to course.
The course wise KIITEE 2020 Eligibility is as follows:
For B.Tech/ B. Tech & M. Tech (Dual Degree) Biotechnology
- Applicants who have passed their 10+2 examination in 2018, 2019 or appearing in 12th examination in 2020 from a recognized board or university are only eligible to apply.
- Candidates must have secured 10+2 exam or its equivalent with at least 60% marks.
- Applicants must have passed 12th level with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biotechnology/Biology.
- Applicants should be born on or after 1/7/1999.
For BBA (3 years)
- Candidates must be passed in 10+2 level in any stream equivalent from a recognized board or university.
- Candidates must have passed 10+2 level with at least 50% marks.
- Applicants must have passed 12th level with Mathematics / Business Mathematics / Economics / Statistics as one of the subjects.
- Applicants must have born on or after 1/7/1999.
For MCA (3 years)
- Candidates must have done his graduation with Mathematics subjects either in graduation or in 12th level.
- Applicants must have passed qualifying exam with minimum 50% marks.
- Applicants must have born on or after 1/7/1999.
LLM (1 year)
- Candidates must have passed BBA LLB/ B.A.LLB/ B.Sc LLB /B.L. degree or its equivalent from a recognized board or university.
- Applicant must have secured at least 55% marks as aggregate in the qualifying exam.
